PlaceholderAPI Integration

Enable/disable in config.yml:

integrations:
  placeholderapi:
    enabled: true

When enabled and PlaceholderAPI is installed, AtomCombat registers the atomcombat expansion automatically on startup. See Placeholders for the full list of available placeholders.
